We teach American & International Ballroom, Argentine Tango & Aerobics. The Introductory
Ballroom Program
Beginners should start by enrolling in this Beginner Group class. This is a comfortable class
with excellent professional instruction, presented in a supportive and fun atmosphere. The Beginner class is designed for
individuals with no prior dance experience. Learn basic steps and turns in Fox Trot, Waltz, Tango, Swing, Jitterbug, Cha Cha,
Rumba, Hustle, Salsa, Bachata and Merengue. Lead and follow techniques are introduced as well as rhythm and timing
to keep your learning experience interesting. New classes start regularly. After completion of the Beginner class, students
move to syllabus classes.

The Pre-Bronze Program
The Pre-Bronze Program
is geared towards acquiring freer movement around the dance floor while expanding variety, technique and footwork. Pre-Bronze
dancers also begin to develop unique dance characteristics in the form of styling. This dance program is very popular with
those wanting to get on the dance floor quickly.
The Full Bronze
Program
The Full Bronze Program is designed
for the couple who is ready to expand upon the basics of Argentine Tango, American or International Style Ballroom Dance.
By this time, you should feel comfortable dancing with your partner. In this program, you will develop timing, posture,
and a higher level of proficiency in lead and follow techniques. Routines that will have you flowing around the dance
floor will also be learned. The Bronze Program is a favorite to all and is a great confidence builder!

Policies Attire: Business casual - no shorts or mini-skirts
please! Shoes: Leather-soled
shoes or ballroom dance shoes. No sneakers, flip-flops or platforms as they will make dancing more difficult for you.

The Silver Program
The Silver Program will begin working
with continuity style dance. Continuity of movements is what makes a couple glide across the dance floor with many natural
directional changes. In this program, focus will be placed on styling, technique, balance and control. At this
point, students should have an understanding of proper footwork and posture to maneuver around the floor comfortably with
their partner.
The Gold Program
The Gold Program is for
the highly dedicated couple who wishes to excel at Ballroom dancing. Choreography, styling, technique, poise and showmanship
are refined in this standard. Gold Dancers have the confidence that comes with a complete and thorough knowledge of
all International Style Ballroom dances. There is a lot of work involved in this program, but you will truly be regarded
as an outstanding dancer.
